26% Room Voucher with Ang Pow Promotion

Promotion Period
This promotion runs from 17 February 2026 to 3 March 2026, unless otherwise stated or extended by management.
Eligibility
- Guests staying at participating properties during the promotion period are eligible to receive the voucher.
- Vouchers are distributed randomly, regardless of booking platform (direct or third-party).
- Receipt of a voucher does not depend on room type, length of stay, or booking value.
Participating Properties (Voucher Distribution)
- Vouchers will be placed in guest rooms at selected properties located in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, namely:
  Mossaz, Paxtonz, Millerz, Scarletz Suites, Ceylonz Suites, and Expressionz.
- Voucher distribution is subject to availability and limited to the campaign quota.
Voucher Redemption Properties
- The voucher is redeemable only for stays at the following properties:
  Scarletz, Ceylonz, 22M, and Stallionz.
- Vouchers received at distribution properties outside this list remain valid only for redemption at the stated redemption properties.
Voucher Distribution Details
- Each participating distribution property will distribute 90 vouchers during the campaign period.
- A maximum of 6 vouchers per property per day will be placed in random rooms.
- Vouchers will be presented in a festive ang pow and placed in-room upon or before guest arrival.
- Vouchers are available on a while-stocks-last basis.
Voucher Value & Usage
- The voucher entitles the holder to 26% off room rates on their next stay.
- Voucher is valid for direct bookings only, made through official booking channels (Direct WhatsApp or reservation email only).
- Voucher is not applicable to bookings made via third-party platforms.
Validity Period
- Each voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
- Expired vouchers will not be accepted, extended, or replaced.
Redemption Conditions
- Voucher must be quoted or presented at the time of booking and upon check-in.
- Valid for room charges only and excludes add-ons, extras, taxes, fees, and other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated.
- Only one (1) voucher may be used per booking.
- Voucher cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable
- Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.
- Lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
Amendments & Rights Reserved
- Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of management shall be final and binding.
General
- By participating in this promotion, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
